Operational Lead

I am the Operational Lead at Outer West Gateshead Primary Care Network. I have over 35 years experience of working in General Practice, with most of that in Practice Management roles. I have been working with the PCN since August 2021.

What I Do

I am responsible for providing operational support to the PCN Management Team, and the seven GP practices in our network.

How I Support Patients

While I do not have a patient-facing role, my job is to support the work of colleagues who do.

I provide support and advice to colleagues working within the member Practices, as well as the additional staff working with the PCN. I attend regular meetings with other organisations and the PCN Board and Management Team.
