Introduction As a Receptionist, I answer patients’ enquiries in a timely manner and check patients into their appointments. Before I worked for the NHS I worked for Northumbria Police at the Federation office. I joined Hollyhurst in February 2021.


Introduction I joined the practice in early 2022, and my role as a Receptionist includes answering enquiries in a timely manner and checking patients in for their appointments.


Introduction Since joining the practice in July 2021, my role has been dealing with patient enquires, arranging appointments, ordering medication, sorting and filling out patient documents along with the usual day-to-day running of reception.
