You can also give feedback o the care you have received directly to the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
The CQC is the independent regulator of health and social care in England.
They make sure health and social care services provide people with safe, effective, compassionate, high-quality care, and encourage care services to improve.
As well as monitoring, inspecting and regulating services, the CQC publish what they find, including performance ratings, to help people choose care.
